Tuned basket creation, order release and pricing on the B2B web shop's SAP CRM backend, then built the Light Price Engine that caches ECC prices and serves them to the Hybris web shops.

Moved reports and interfaces from the backend and CIC client to the WebUI, and designed a reporting framework that automated the migration of all SAP GUI reports.

A written solution proposal with effort in days and clear acceptance criteria, so the decision is yours and informed.
Standard extension points and released APIs wherever possible, with a proof of concept for the risky part first.
Technical documentation for every object changed, so the next developer never has to guess.
